Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat $20 per order. Orders over $300 ship free. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer Standard shipping at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier.

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Carrier Delays & Mishandling

Buoyant Helm is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Carrier mishandling or transit damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@buoyanthelm.com with clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The product
  • The shipping label

We will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including:

  • Returns
  • Refused packages
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Any carrier-imposed fees

These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
